Service
Options.uz (AZCapital) is a platform for analysing US options and practising trading with practice money. It has free and paid plans.
By using the platform, you accept these terms. If you don’t agree with them, don’t use the platform.
Not advice, not a broker
We are not a broker or an investment adviser. The platform does not send orders to an exchange and does not hold your money or securities.
No figure, strategy or calculation on the platform is an investment recommendation. You make your own trading decisions and are responsible for their consequences.
Options trading carries a high level of risk. Before you start trading, read the Risk disclosure.
Account
To create an account, you must be over 18 and use your own email address. Keep your password secret and don’t share it with anyone.
You are responsible for everything done in your account. If you suspect someone else has used it, reset your password right away.
Plans and payment
The features and limits of each plan are listed on the Pricing page. You can try Pro free for 7 days; the trial is available once per user.
Payments are not connected yet: you can’t subscribe to a paid plan.
Not allowed
When using the platform, you may not:
- copy, scrape, distribute or resell market data;
- get around plan limits or the trial, including by using several accounts;
- access other people’s accounts;
- interfere with the platform’s operation.
If these rules are broken, we may restrict access to the account or block it.
Data and calculations
Data and calculations are provided “as is”: they may be delayed and may contain errors. See the Risk disclosure for details.
Platform features may change over time.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses resulting from decisions made on the basis of the platform’s data and calculations.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page. By continuing to use the platform after a change, you accept the updated terms.
