Privacy policy
What data we keep
Options.uz (AZCapital) keeps only the data the platform needs to work:
- your account: email, password (hashed only), plan with its end date and change history, trial date, the language and time zone you chose, your answers to the setup questions (experience and goals);
- what you create: saved strategies and screener screens, the watchlist, paper accounts, orders and positions, backtest strategies and their runs, alerts and their notifications, Trade GPT chats;
- technical data: IP address and browser (user agent) in the session record, IP address in the sign-in attempt counter, plan usage counters (without an account, by a random ID in the oz_guest cookie), server error log, Trade GPT request log (time, token count and cost — no message text).
We don’t collect card details, identity documents or brokerage accounts. The platform has no analytics, no advertising and no third-party trackers; fonts are served from our own server too.
Why
We use this data to run the service, sign you in and protect against password guessing, count plan limits and, if payments are connected, take payment. We don’t sell data or build advertising profiles.
Who receives it
Our market data source is Unusual Whales. It receives only market requests from our server: tickers and dates. Your email, IP address or account details are never sent to it.
No payments are accepted and no payment data is collected.
Trade GPT isn’t connected to a language model: your messages don’t leave our server.
Emails (the password reset link and, if email is on for an alert, its notifications) are sent through Resend. To send one, our server passes it your email address and the text of the email. Resend receives no other account data.
We share data with no one else, except where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
- your account and what you create — for as long as the account exists;
- Trade GPT chats — until you delete them;
- alerts — while active, then 90 more days after they fire or end; notifications — 90 days, the newest 200 at most;
- a session with its IP address and browser — until you sign out or after 30 days without activity, then deleted within a day;
- sign-in attempt records by IP address and records that keep a repeated click from placing an order or saving twice — up to 24 hours;
- usage counters and the Trade GPT request log — up to 90 days;
- password reset links — 1 hour.
What you can do
On the platform you can see your data, change your language, time zone, answers and password in the profile, delete saved strategies and screener screens, watchlist tickers, backtest strategies, alerts and Trade GPT chats, reset your paper account and sign out.
Deleting your account completely: Profile → Security → “Delete account” (confirmed with your password). Everything you created is deleted with it at once; only entries in the administrators’ action log remain.
Changes
When this policy is updated, the date at the top of the page changes. If a new kind of data or cookie is added, it will be listed on this page. The rules for using the platform are in the Terms of use.
